GSU Transformer
- Hooper substation crews had the opportunity to assist Xcel Energy in the removal of the old GSU Transformer in Welch, Minn.
- Hooper crews removed and grounded the transformer and installed neutral bus and equipment jumpers.
- Then, they installed the neutral reactor and new high side jumpers.
