Random, unannounced jobsite inspections are conducted throughout the company's geographic territory. These field inspections include equipment, vehicle, and tool reviews, as well as observation periods of work procedures for work place compliance. After field inspections are completed, the reports are reviewed and left with field foremen, with all management levels receiving copies.
