Two separate and distinct orientations exist at Hooper Corporation. Each employee is met with an initial safety orientation. During this phase the new worker is provided with company expectations, work procedures and project specific safety training. In addition to the focus on newly hired employees, Hooper Corporation realizes that no other individual can influence a project's safety performance than the foreman. A Supervisors Orientation is provided for all newly hired or promoted supervisors and a refresher is provided for those that currently hold that position. Company expectations, supervisor responsibility, work procedure training, accountability, and management training are provided.
