Safety Incentive Program

The Safety Incentive Program is based on earning points for the number of hours worked in relationship to certain events, such as: injuries, adherence to fleet policy requirements, and property damage claims. Additional points are earned by submitting Near Miss reports and keeping First Aid/CPR certifications current. To increase awareness to the program, point totals earned, including additions and deletions, are printed with all other financial information included on weekly paycheck stubs. Hooper Corporation is unique among our competitors in the use of this incentive program. The points earned can be redeemed for items maintained by the Safety Department.
