Onsite Compliance Inspections

With advancement in technology has come advancement in our jobsite safety inspections. Hooper mandates a proactive approach to jobsite safety through its onsite compliance inspections.

Our compliance inspections require our safety personnel to make randomized, unannounced jobsite inspection visits where each crew is graded on its safety performance. Crew safety is measured in 18 inspection categories ranging from personal protective equipment to confined space activities. A thorough inspection is completed by an individual safety inspector and the resulting grade and summary are then communicated with the crew, foreman, general foreman, and upper management. By communicating both the positive and any negative feedback an inspector may have with all levels, Hooper is taking a more proactive approach to safety improvements than our competitors.
