Departments combined to form the BIM team with Westphal & Company. Environmentally sensitive measures taken by Hooper Corporation and General Heating and Air Conditioning include a geothermal well system, reduced air change rates, solar hot-water heating, storm flow irrigation, gray water use for irrigation, atria thermodynamics and high-efficiency water flow fixtures and HVAC systems. |
