Our emergency response has taken us as far north and east as Rhode Island, as far south as Florida and Texas, and as far west as the Dakotas, as well as many points in between. Our emergency restoration crews have rebuilt many miles of distribution and transmission lines up to 345 kV. We have also made extensive repairs to damaged substations and cleared many trees from damaged infrastructure.

Our crews are equipped with the latest technology, including computers and GPS devices with mapping technology to quickly and efficiently locate and respond to assigned repair locations.
We value customer relationships highly and strive to assure clients that our work is completed safely. Hooper Safety Department personnel are sent to support our crews and remain on site for the duration of the restoration effort. Employees complete a storm specific training program prior to deployment and are required to wear a personal voltage detector (V-Watch), and every crew is equipped with an AED.
